Standard Employment Position Requirements:
All applicants need the following:
• The ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• In Good Physical Health
• A valid NYS Drivers License
• Clean appearance
• Punctuality
• Have an active cell-phone account
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Ability to work six days a week
• Prior Experience working with room air conditioners and PTACS

Shop Technician:
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot units.
• Prior experience using a Oxygen/Acetylene torch
• Work unsupervised
• Ability to read schematics / wiring diagram
• Ability to replace motors

Road Technician:
• A working knowledge of Brooklyn, Queens and/or Manhattan
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot units on the road.
• Clear speaking ability

Helper:
• Ability to read a map
• Ability to listen and follow instructions
